 WDW-50H 50kN Computer Controlled Electronic Universal Tensile Testing Machine, can test and analyze the mechanical properties of various metal material, non-metals material and composite materials. Main performance characteristics
1. The high-temperature furnace adopts a barrel-type split structure and is heated by resistance wire. By controlling the percentage of heating power, the temperature control accuracy is realized. Continuous working life at 1100℃≥8000 hours
2. The temperature controller adopts the human-machine interface HMI developed by our company combined with the central arithmetic unit and intelligent fuzzy control. The color interface is intuitive and easy to operate. It has the advantages of high temperature control accuracy, stable and reliable performance, etc.
3. The high-temperature furnace device is equipped with a rotatable support, and the high-temperature furnace is pushed into the test space when in use, and the high-temperature furnace is removed when the room temperature test is performed.
4. The sample deformation extension measuring device is matched with the extensometer, and the two signals are averaged as the sample deformation data.
